RETURNS
If goods must be returned for ANY REASON, you must first contact us at 405-232-4225 for a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will need your invoice number and name under which the parts were ordered. A 25% restocking fee may apply so inquire at the time of this call. In special cases, we may be able to issue a call tag to have the goods picked up from your location. Car Cannibal DOES NOT accept any C.O.D. returns. Goods must be packaged properly to prevent damage and must have a RMA# written on the outside of the package or it will be refused.
NEED TO RETURN A PART? (ORDERED WRONG OR SENT WRONG)
If you need to return a part to us, please contact us at 405-232-4225 to receive a RMA which you must write on the outside of the returned package. Also, when returning any part to us, please return a photocopy of our invoice. The copy will help us facilitate your return quickly and efficiently.
If the wrong part was SHIPPED, you must (within 30 days of purchase) contact us for a RMA. We require the opportunity to replace said part before customer is eligible for reimbursement. Upon receiving back the original part we shipped, you have the following options:
- Have us ship out the correct part at no additional charge.
- Issue a credit back to your credit card or mail a check for a full refund including cost of shipping the incorrect part back.
- If the correct part is not immediately available for replacement the customer has the option of a monetary refund via the original payment method used. Shipping costs will be refunded if applicable.
If the wrong part was ORDERED, you must (within 30 days of purchase) contact us for a RMA. Upon receiving back the original part we shipped, we will do one of the following:
- Upon receipt of the original part, we will ship out the correct part plus bill you the the cost of shipping.
- Issue a store credit that can be used the next time you order. The credit CANNOT be applied to shipping costs.
PART WE SENT DOES NOT WORK?
Please call prior to returning the part(s) and we will issue a RMA. Please photocopy your invoice and write a brief note as to why the part(s) is being returned. Please DO NOT write “does not work” as a reason by itself but rather what or why it didn’t work, as this will help us to serve you better. We require the opportunity to replace said part before customer is eligible for reimbursement. Upon receipt of our original part and verification that the part was defective, we will do one of the following:
- Ship another part upon receipt and verification of the faulty part we sent originally.
- Issue a store credit that can be used the next time you order. The credit CANNOT be applied to shipping costs.
- If a working replacement part is not immediately available, the customer has the option of a monetary refund via the original payment method used. Shipping costs will be refunded if applicable.

PARTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPPING – FREIGHT CLAIMS:
It is the responsibility of the customer to report any/all damage claims to the freight company or delivery driver. Any/all shipping damage must be reported to Car Cannibal, Incorporated within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.
Please make a note of “visible damage” on the delivery ticket, or the freight carrier may not honor a freight claim. For “hidden damage”, keep all packing material, box(es), etc. for a freight representative to review. Failure to keep all packing material will void any/all freight claim(s).
RETURNING CORES & CORE CHARGES
Cores must be complete (identical components that were shipped in the original order) assembled, in rebuildable condition and returned to our facility FREIGHT PREPAID within 30 days of receiving the original shipment. If cores are not returned within the 30 days or are found to be non-rebuildable when received, additional charges will be due and payable according to the following sample schedule:
Engine assemblies - $600 Transmissions & converters - $500 Transfer case & viscous - $500 ABS pumps - $125 Differentials - $125 Alternators & Starters - $100 Radiators - $100 Seat switches - $25 ECU’s - $100 Steering gearboxes - $185 Cylinder head (each) - $250 Climate Control Units - $100 Power steering pumps - $150 Manual Transmission - $600 Radio - $100
REFUNDS: Credit for approved returns will be automatically applied as credit on account unless otherwise specified.
